2 waves + the sun is a permanent jewelry vendor. Permanent Jewelry is when a chain is selected, custom cut to fit the wrist or ankle, and then soldered on with a jump ring, leaving it on with no clasp, and therefore “permanent” (or until you decide to remove it).
